(Phaseolus vulgaris) Serpedor beans – an early variety with wide flat pods, dwarf. It features high performance and exceptional taste. Plants form stiff, straight stems and do not need supports. Ripe pods take on a beautiful yellow color that persists after cooking. The variety is intended specifically for direct consumption, it can also be frozen and stored.
Bean seeds are sown directly on the field from May to July. Seeds are sown 2 – 3 pieces per hole at a distance of 50 cm from each other. The pods are harvested as they mature from July to September. Beans should be grown in sunny and wind-sheltered areas. The soil needs to be weeded and loosened. You will do best in moderately moist, humus-rich soil.
