Take a liter jar, 2-3 tablespoons of broccoli seeds for growing and a sieve lid. Disinfect the jar and lid (pour enough boiling water). Rinse the seeds in running water at room temperature. Pour water again (clean) and vegetable seeds are soaked for 4-12 hours (conveniently overnight). Upon soaking, it is guaranteed to rinse and shake off all the water. Place the grower in a shady area. Rinse and drain water in the amount of 8-12 hours (conveniently in the morning and evening) for 3 days. Broccoli sprouts have a unique root structure. Approximately on the third day, they are covered with microscopic roots similar to mold. As soon as the first leaves hatch, put the jar in the light to speed up their germination and fill them with chlorophyll. Continue rinsing and draining water every 8-12 hours. Microgreens are ready in 5-6 days. By this time, most of the leaves will already open.
