Mustard sprouts have a characteristic spicy taste and smell. Sprouts are suitable for sandwiches, sauces, salads and cottage cheese, fish dishes. They taste great, especially when combined with other sprouts.
PREPARATION: Rinse seeds before germination, soak for several hours, do not dry. The container is covered with gauze, protecting from direct sunlight. It sprouts in 3-6 days at a temperature of +18°C, shoots about 1 cm long are edible. Rinse before use.
