Brunswick cabbage is a medium-late plant that produces slightly flattened round heads with fairly spreading leaves; the heads weigh between 3 and 5 pounds. They can be stored until late winter and do not lose their nutritional value during the process. This variety is excellent for souring. Harvesting on the 120th-130th day after planting seedlings. Sprouts in the open ground are planted until May 30th.
