Mizuna is an ultra-short-ripening, high-yielding, salad vegetable crop for growing in open and protected soil. Strongly dissected, red leaves form a large rosette of leaves (30-40 pieces). Flavor qualities are excellent. Excellent regrowth after cutting, which makes it possible to get a harvest throughout the summer and fall period. It is intended for use both fresh and in salads, in freezing.
This culture is cold-resistant, the seeds germinate at +3+4 ° C, and sprouts can tolerate frosts up to -4 ° C. The crop can be sown in several sowing seasons. It can be sown in several steps, starting from the end of April (when the soil has warmed up to +10 ° C) and until the end of August. Sowing on seedlings is carried out in mid-March.
