(Apium graveolens) This is an early, high-yielding root celery hybrid with a maturity period of 90–130 days. It is distinguished by large, rounded root vegetables with a smooth surface and white flesh that does not darken during processing, high resistance to leaf diseases, including Septoria, and resistance to bolting, as well as excellent shelf life during storage. Suitable for salads, side dishes, soups, and long-term storage. Recommended for early harvest, suitable for mechanized harvesting. This hybrid is valued for its consistently high yields and excellent root quality.
Seedlings are sown at the end of February – beginning of March. Seedlings are planted in open ground in mid-late May at the age of 60–80 days. Requires regular watering, weeding, and loosening of row spacing. Organic fertilizers are applied in the fall. Harvest from late September until the onset of sustained frosts.
