Blend composition: Vigna Radiata (Chinese mung bean) 40%, Medicago sativa (alfalfa) 30%, Lens culinaris white (light lentil) 10%, Lens culinaris green (green lentil) 5%, Lens culinaris red (red lentil) 5% , Raphanus sativus (radish) 5%, Raphanus sativus var sativus (radish) 5%. The mixture is a valuable source of nutrients. Sprouts are suitable for making salads, sandwiches, decorating dishes.
PREPARATION: Rinse seeds before germination, soak for several hours, do not dry. The container is covered with gauze, protecting from direct sunlight. It sprouts in 3-6 days at a temperature of +18°C, shoots about 1 cm long are edible. Rinse before use.
