(Aster alpinum L) Alpine aster is a beautiful perennial flower up to 30 cm high. Its inflorescences are small in size (about 4 cm) and have bright shades (purple, blue, lilac and white). The center of the flower is yellow. It is recommended to plant the seeds of Alpine Astra in loamy, drained, fertile soils. Feels equally good in open sunny areas and in the shade. Caring for Asters is not difficult. Moderate watering and periodic top dressing with fertilizers – that’s all this plant requires. Alpine aster blooms from May to June.
