(Pisum sativum) Ambrosia is a variety of sugar peas. Early ripening period – 45-60 days. Medium-sized plant 65-75 cm. Light green pods in technical ripeness, 7-8 peas. Beans with thick and fleshy walls, the taste is sweet, there is no parchment layer. The average length of the pods is 9 cm, the diameter of the peas is 0.8-0.9 cm. The peas have a green color at the stage of technical maturity, after full ripening they become light yellow and wrinkled.
